Very good construction and saved allot of time ! It’s worth the investment for sure. I installed 3 on demand water heaters with allot of precision on the cut.
I think as well the light aids in marking cuts visible
    Very good product.

The Milwaukie 12V system is pretty basic and the method for holding the battery in place just doesn’t cut it on a vibrating tool. The battery falls out in use, so it has to be taped to the tool. Still, for the sake of a cheap tool, I can do that. Suggest the corded version if you want to use it regularly, or their 18V if you can spend almost 3x as much. I have two 12V and two 18V Milwaukie tools. The 18V tools are good. This is the last 12V Milwaukie I’ll buy. I like Makita better.

Handiest little multi tool but has incredible power! Crazy amounts of attachments and uses it’s no wonder it’s just called the multi tool.

Tool works great for getting up old linoleum. The only issue is all three batteries I have constantly come loose. Turn it on and the minute the blade touches anything the battery slips down about a millimeter and the tool shuts off. I either have to hold my palm against the battery or constantly push it back in. The tool is new. 2 new batteries and 1 older one.
I would by the 18v if I could do it over again. Maybe avoid this battery style all together.

The tool has 8 metal nubs that hold the cutting tool in place. The 1st time i used it 5 of them sheared off
