Overall this is a good machine. I wanted to go green this year and I am a Milwaukee guy with all tools Milwaukee so this was a great fit for myself. The batteries last throughout my time mowing. Hand controls are easy to use one or two handed. It is easy to switch height, easy to turn on and off, cuts the grass cleanly, the bag system is easy to use getting on and off. I have used it 5 times this year already since I bought it and I am more than pleased. It fits well for a 6′ 4″ person.

I have 6 or 7 Milwaukee M18 batteries ranging from 4.0ah to the big 12.0. Most work great, however the 9.0 failed almost immediately, within 25 charge cycles. I was very careful to use it properly and store it in a climate controlled garage. Very disappointing for what they cost!

I read reviews stating it shuts off constantly. I decided to buy it anyway. I mowed my lawn 4 times with now, works well. I like the handle and the grip/feel, rpm ramp up quick in higher grass not leaving burn swirls like the other brands do. The high lift button is great, runs the blade at 3300rpm for better suction. The thumb self propelled level should be adjustable in position. The height adjustment lever sticks out too far. Cut quality average, priced above average, power above average.

Purchased the Milwaukee 21″mower in May of this year and have enjoy the cut quality. I have owned Ego, Toro & DeWalt electric mowers that couldn’t give a clean cut, kinda basic for any lawn mower. Other mowers try to balance the battery run time with the rotational speed of the blades to lift and cut the grass but in thick heavy grass would leave ridges of uncut grass. The Milwaukee doesn’t leave uncut grass with the single blade that has yet to be sharpened after about half of a season of use.

After returning 2 Milwaukee lawnmowers to Home Depot that were cutting off, I found the issue and have a solution. If you put a piece of foam or similar right in the space between the metal handle and the plastic it will stop you from pushing the handle too far and disengaging the the start button. I told all of my neighbors about it and they have all done it and kept their Milwaukee lawnmower. Works like a charm, now we need Milwaukee to implement a similar fix action for all current owners.

I have 2 of these batteries I use in my tablesaw. Neither one will accept a charge. One has one light flashing and the other has zero lights flashing. Both have only been charged a half dozen times. Very disappointed.

The battery will power a light but will not power any motorized tool. An electrician tested the output of the battery and tested good. I place it on the charger and the indicator on the charger shows the battery is fully charged. The indicator on the battery shows a fault and no charge left. There is obviously a problem with the board inside.
